This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or use the Mipler Website, related SaaS Services, and Shopify Apps (the 'Site').
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as 'Device Information.'

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Mipler can connect to your Google services to show their data in your Mipler reports. Each connection is optional: you start it yourself from Settings → Integrations in the Mipler app, sign in with your Google account and approve the requested access on Google's consent screen. This section applies only if you connect a Google service to Mipler. It explains how Mipler accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes the data it receives from Google APIs ('Google user data'). It does not cover the Google Analytics we use on our own website, which is described in the sections above.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads data only to provide reporting inside Mipler: to show your Google Analytics and Google Ads data in your Mipler reports and dashboards, next to your Shopify store data. Mipler never creates, changes, pauses or deletes anything in your Google Analytics or Google Ads accounts. Google does not offer a read-only scope for Google Ads, so the Google Ads scope technically allows changes to your account; Mipler uses it only to read data.

Mipler does not fetch personal data about your customers or website visitors from Google Analytics or Google Ads. Only aggregated metrics are imported.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with third parties, except as needed to provide the service: it is processed and stored on secure servers in the United States and Europe operated by our hosting providers. We may also disclose it when required to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to respond to a lawful request.
Mipler's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
