What counts as an order?

We count all orders ever placed in your Shopify store – including fulfilled, unfulfilled, and cancelled orders. The count is cumulative and does not reset.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

Nothing breaks. We notify you when you're approaching the limit and suggest a plan that fits your store's volume so reports keep running smoothly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Uninstalling Mipler from your Shopify admin cancels the subscription immediately – you won't be charged again.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the app or via Shopify admin. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

Do you help me set up reports?
